Please make sure when booking that you choose an appropriate amount of sessions to as assure you receive the most magical experience with Santa.

When determining sessions, please consider these:

• How many people are in your group?

• How many pictures you plan to take?

Here at Santa's shop, we want to guarantee all guests have their full 15 minutes of time. If you feel that 15 minutes is not enough time with the group size you may have, please book 2 or more sessions.

Here are our recommendations:

• 1-8 people: (1) 15 minute session

• 9 - 15 people: (2) 15 minute sessions

* For groups of 16 people or more please contact us to schedule. Our shop can only accommodate so many at a time. *

Day of your appointment:

• Please arrive on time to your appointment, as we are booked every 15 minutes​

• Please wait in your car until it is your appointment time, as we have limited space
